Important Notes

No new build required. Golden Gate support is already included in this version. Simply use the existing build to process M-Series devices running macOS Golden Gate.

USB drive detection. If your external drive is not detected when processing Golden Gate devices, follow these steps:

• Watch the provided video and follow all steps demonstrated.
• Verify your settings: go to Options → Utilities → Startup Utility, set Allow Accessories to Connect to Always Allow, and set Security Policy to Reduced Security.
• Restart your device.
• Press and hold the Power button until the startup options screen appears.
• Select your external drive from the boot options to proceed.

Important Note

Windows Smart App Control: Recent Windows updates automatically enable Smart App Control, which may prevent the WinCheck application from running. If you experience issues launching WinCheck after a Windows update, disable Smart App Control before running the application.

To disable Smart App Control: Go to Windows Security → App & Browser Control → Smart App Control Settings → Set to Off. Then relaunch the WinCheck application.

MDM Support

MDM support has been added in this build. Please note that for Microsoft Intune and CompuShare, we are currently conducting R&D and will provide a dedicated hotfix for these platforms soon.
