Android Processing
- DESK-4114 - Removed the default behavior of adding generic colors to Android devices when the marketing color name was unable to be fetched
Fixes Implemented
Thanks to the hard work of Phonecheck engineers, we are happy to announce the following fixes have been implemented for this build:
System
- DESK-3880 - Fixed a bug that caused the Pending and Defective Certified devices count to not match the Total Devices count
- DESK-4111 - Fixed a bug that caused problems releasing its disconnection from the desktop application
- DESK-4113 - Fixed a bug that resulted in a Python extension prompt showing every time the user attempts to log in
Android Processing
- DESK-4032 - Fixed a bug that prevented devices from entering Developer Mode on unmapped ports
- DESK-4033 - Fixed a bug that caused devices to freeze during the preparing stage when devices enter Developer mode manually
Apple Processing
- DESK-2054 - Fixed a bug that caused iPads to report Battery Health
Known Issues
We understand some issues were not listed in this release. These items aren’t being ignored, but it will take Phonecheck engineers more time to resolve the issue.
We’re still tracking these known issues:
- DESK-2004 - Bug - Mac - Check All ESN prompt states 4 ESN licenses will be consumed but only 3 are consumed
- DESK-2221 - Bug - Devices disconnecting from the desktop - connecting a 6th device causes a disconnection
- DESK-2156 - Bug - Pixel's are displaying serial instead of IMEI
- DESK-1839 - Bug - "Auto erase first time on home screen" causing "Auto power off on erase" to not work
- DESK-1550 - Bug - Require 'LPN on Trust' is turning device square 'green' once inputted and device is not prepared
- DESK-1477 - BUG - Cloud Customization Screen will not load - stuck loading "testlist.json causing issues"
- DESK-1472 - Bug - Label1 and Label2 do not print or print to PDF
