In order for your auction to be featured as being PhoneCheck Certified on B-Stock Supply, you will first need to be pre-approved by them. To request this, please contact B-Stock at phonecheck@bstock.com.
Once you have been pre-approved, you are ready to begin the submission process!
After you have completed testing your mobile devices using PhoneCheck’s software, you will need to export these test results to an excel spreadsheet. The most popular method is the Bulk Upload Tool. This tool allows for the user to export test results for specific IMEI’s.

As a reminder, only fully tested and fully functional phones can be accepted as PhoneCheck Certified on B-Stock Supply (Used Grade, Condition A,B & C).
After you have downloaded the Mobile Manifest template from B-Stock, simply copy and paste all the PhoneCheck test results after the final column (Column K, Model). You will also need to populate the required portions on the manifest such as Category, Description, Quantity etc. Be sure to also save the file in Excel format once finished.
This step will need to be done whether you are submitting a new listing or cloning a previously created PhoneCheck Certified listing.
Simply log into your B-Stock Supply seller account and submit your auction to B-Stock using the manifest created in Step #2.
Be sure that your auction title has the words ‘PhoneCheck Certified’ at the beginning. This alerts our listing team to your PhoneCheck submission.
Once submitted, your listing should go live within 24 hours. If there are any issues with your submission, a B-Stock Supply representative will reach out to you.
